2026 Run for the Cyclones
Our annual Fun Run is more than just a fundraiser—it's a celebration of our incredible Chávez community! Every lap our students run, walk, skip, or twirl helps raise funds for teacher support, student programs, and the family events that make our school such a special place.
On Fun Run day, each student will carry a lap card while enthusiastic volunteers cheer them on and mark every lap they complete. Every lap represents the generosity of friends and family who believe in our students and our school.
Be sure to look for the pledge sheet and donation envelope coming home with your student. Donation envelopes should be returned to your child's teacher by Friday, October 9.
Prefer to give online? We've made it easy! You can support your student's efforts with a secure online donation (see form below).

REMINDER: Check the weather and send your student to school in running clothes!! Bring WATER.
Sponsor your Runner
There are a multiple ways to sponsor your runner(s). You can donate online, pay with cash, or make a check payable to the César Chávez PTA. Each student will receive an envelope that they’ll bring home with them where they can put cash and check donations. Online donations can be made here:
